 ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY

Thousands of our customers across the UK and Europe love our products. Still, if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your TRUVIV product, you have 14 days to return it with a money-back guarantee for online purchases only when it is sealed only!


1. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days from the date of receiving the product. If you are within your first 14 days and the product is still sealed in the same condition you received it, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at help@truviv.com

2. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned products. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

3. Item must be returned in the same sellable condition, not open, not used with the original label in which it was received with all accessories returned.  

3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 4-5 business days to process a refund.

4. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 working days for it to reflect in your original payment method.

Offline, In-Store (AT Mall), and Exhibition Purchases Return Policy

  1. If you purchased from a retail partner or our TRUVIV Store Outlets, please return the item directly to them, and they will sort it on the spot.
  2. For offline, in-store purchases, the products must be sealed and not used to obtain the full refund;  the main reason for the in-store customer return policy is  - we offer an unlimited trial of our products so the customer can try and feel the quality and the effect of the products to decide for the purchase and our trained team is there to assist customers in selecting the right product.
  3. Our warranty and refund policy covers only the items  purchased only at our outlet malls, exhibitions, and online store
  4. Due to Covid-19 we have done massive clearance in the UK and outside the UK, all clearance items ex-display, sold as seen are not covered with truviv warranty or refund policy. Please contact the wholesaler or the discount store where you bought the clearance item in case you have any inquiries.
  5. vibration plate (truvib), Tru shell chair is discontinued and sold to clearance, discounted stores, with no warranty ,sold as seen, truvib App not valid anymore, for any further information please contact the discount store where you bought it
