Delivery & Returns
Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers:
- ROYAL MAIL
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 122 suite, Access Self Storage, 109c Dudden Hill lane, London, Neasden NW10 1BJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY
Thousands of our customers across the UK and Europe love our products, but if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your TRUVIV product, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee for online purchases only.
- Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of receiving the product If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at email@example.com
- Our Customer Service team will send you a return form which must be included with the returned product. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned products. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
- Items must be returned in the same sellable condition in which they were received, with all accessories returned.
- Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to process a refund.
- Once we issue the refund, it can take up to 5-7 working days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

Offline, In-Store and Exhibition Purchases Return Policy
- If you purchased from a retail partner or our TRUVIV Store Outlets please return the item directly to them or contact email@example.com all the information and we will help you with your enquiry.
- For offline, in-store purchases, the products must be sealed and not used to obtain a full refund.
