What is Amplitude?
The maximum extent of a vibration or oscillation, measured from the position of equilibrium. Truviv Ultra massage gun comes with 10mm Amplitude. The higher the amplitude. the further the head will travel and the deeper the gun will hit. You will feel that it is much stronger! Every Truviv Ultra is equipped with an Innovative Brushless motor engineered to precisely deliver up to 10mm of Amplitude at a top speed of 47 percussions per second on the body.

Battery Life - Truviv Ultra is powered by genuine 2000 mAh Premium Lithium Ion battery which delivers 4-8 hours of usage. Much like mobile phones, battery life is important for wireless handheld massage guns as no one likes to have to charge their devices after every use. It is especially important for heavy users such as therapists to have a longer device battery life to be able to treat their clients throughout the day.

Speed/RPM - RPM stands for revolutions per minute i.e., how many times the massage gun can hit in one minute! Rather than having one speed for everyone, It is more beneficial, however, to have a device that has a range of speeds to select from. The Truviv Ultra Massage Gun has 4-speed selections 1500-2800 RPM that users can choose depending on their preference. Lower speeds can be used for warming up muscles or very sore muscles which are more sensitive. Higher speeds can be used for very stiff muscles or deep tight knots.

Stall force - the amount of force needed to stop the motor. In essence, the higher the stall force. the more force you can exert on the motor without it stopping. As such, the deeper you can push the device into your muscles for a true deep tissue massage. Truviv Ultra comes with 40 lbs stall force.

Noise/Sound Level - When using massage guns, there will inevitably be noise generated by the motor units. This is important to consider as some devices can be uncomfortably noisy, especially when using in an enclosed room, or if using it on areas closer to the ears. Design - Truviv Ultra Massage Gun is pretty well-balanced in terms of weight distribution which reduces the strain on the wrist and arms when using for prolonged periods of time. Poorly-designed devices may have uneven weight distribution or are bulky and hard to use.

Weight - Truviv Ultra weighs 0.5kgs. Do have a feel of the weight of the devices before making a decision. If you're concerned about the weight as soon as you pick it up, you'll be feeling it a lot more 2 minutes into your massage. Try to target hard-to-reach areas as they require you to get into an awkward position. If you can't maintain the position of the massage gun for long then you're better off enlisting the help of a partner.

Attachment Heads - Depending on the user, different attachment heads may be preferred for different applications. Standard attachments like the ball or flat head are commonly included for most devices but unique attachment heads can provide a more complete experience.

Charging Instruction
1. For first charging, please make sure the machine iS fully recharged,
which is good for the battery.
2. If the light of the power button is flashing, it means that the machine is
out of power. Please stop using it and charge it.
3. To recharge, connect the charging adapter to the device's charging port.
4. When it is recharging. the indicator Of power button is red and keeps
flashing; and when it is fully recharged, the indicator light changes
from red to blue. It cant be used during the charging.
5, The average run time is 4-8 hours depending on speed level and
pressure applied during use,
Note: Only one USB•C charging cable is included, charger is not
included, you could use phone charger (DC5V/2A) to connect this

Truviv Limited warrants products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship during warranty period. If the product proves to be
